Nature of Products All offerings under Prosperity Labs — including but not limited to:

are intangible digital goods. Once access or delivery is made, such products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations will only be considered if requested before course access or login credentials are shared.
Once the digital access, download link, or membership invitation is delivered, no cancellation or modification can be processed.

Refund Policy We do not offer refunds once access to the digital product has been provided. However, in the spirit of fairness, refunds may be considered on a case-to-case basis under the following conditions:
